The school offers compulsory English language courses for all grades, including the opportunity to take an exam for international language certificates FCE, CEA. It is also students’ duty to attend a second language, like French or Spanish, and then they can optionally attend Russian or Greek lessons. We have a specialized class with extended study of German - the DSD program.

Gymnasium follows the latest trends of inclusion and integration in its concept - we are working on integration of students with mental disorders, social disabilities, including students from a foreign and religiously different environment. While studying at our gymnasium, students may participate in trips abroad, cognitive tours (France, Greece, Italy, Sweden) and exchange programmes (Greece, England, Germany). The School is actively involved in European education programs and international cooperation Erasmus + program.

The school is located near the historical part of Prague, Vyšehrad- the place, where the most ancient Prague history took place. It is also easily accessible by public transport (red line metro, tram or bus).

We are an open, communicative and friendly school. Our students like to keep in touch with us and proudly graduate from our school.

The lessons are backed by Mgr. Andronika Čolasová a Andromeda Ludmila Liberiou.

The Teacher

Anastasia

Hello everyone! I am Anastasia from Greece. I am 22 years old and I am a graduate of Faculty of Education in Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. Teaching Greek language about 3 years to foreigners, children and adults, of my country, I realized how important is to share my culture with other people. Working here, in Prague, as a Greek teacher in a Czech school, I understand how the others want to learn about our way of life. All of this knowledge can be gained through the language of countries. I have come to this conclusion trying to learn the English and Spanish language and also visiting other countries. Together we will learn about Greece, the History, the Mythology, the traditions but first of all the language. So, what do you say? Join me?
